Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Heat coconut oil over medium heat. 

 

2. Sauté asparagus and then season with salt and pepper to taste. 

 

3. Serve alongside salmon or another protein for a delicious and hearty meal.
