Constipation-Relieving Raspberry Smoothie

Whether it's a result of stress, dehydration, or eating junk food, constipation makes you feel miserable due to the resulting bloat and pain. To get things moving again, registered dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot recommends whipping up this five-ingredient berry smoothie. The raspberries will provide you with eight grams of fiber, which will help increase stool bulk, and magnesium, which attracts water to help soften the stool and make it easier to pass.

1 6-oz. container of nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup bran cereal
1 cup raspberries
1 cup ice
stevia drops or 1 packet stevia (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
