1 can (15 oz) organic black beans 1 1/2 cup sweet onions 1 cup corn kernels 1 cup blueberries 1/4 cup chopped parsley 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar pinch of sea salt 2 tbsp grape seed oil fresh ground pepper
