Creamy Guacamole

3 peeled, pitted, and mashed avocados
1 juiced lime
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper (optional)

1. In a medium sized bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, and salt.  

 

2. Mix onions, cilantro, garlic, and tomatoes into the bowl. 

 

3. Stir in cayenne pepper.

 

4. For the best flavor, refrigerate the mix for one hour. However, it can be served immediately.
