- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup ice
Dry-blend the pumpkin seeds.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
If you need more sweetness, you can add a few drops of pure stevia or birch xylitol.
