This fun take on an omelette — but in waffle form — has only one net carb and is a satisfying, easy carb fix that beats reaching for a muffin or bagel. Simply pour the two ingredients (cheese and eggs!) into a waffle maker and enjoy. You can even get a waffle maker for as low as $10 to start experimenting in the kitchen and get rid of that food fatigue for good.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated


1. Whisk together the cheese and eggs.


2. Place into a greased, pre-heated waffle maker. 


3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
