1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar or fresh lime/lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1/4 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
