Daphne Oz's Sautéed Shrimp With Papaya Salsa

Papaya is packed with digestive enzymes, which aid in the breakdown and processing of food in your system, helping you to properly digest and keep your stomach flat. Put this delicious papaya salsa on top of shrimp to aid in your digestion. 


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 shrimp
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup papaya, cut into cubes
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 5 scallions, chopped
  • 3 mint leaves, torn


Put olive oil in a pan over low heat and sautée shrimp; season with salt and pepper.

Combine papaya, scallions, and mint in a bowl. Squeeze lime on top.

Serve shrimp and papaya salsa together and enjoy!
