Daphne Oz's Smoothie Packs

Packed with nutrients, healthy fats, and resistant starches, this smoothie is perfect for busy mornings when you're on the run. 

1 banana
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup nut milk
1/2 cup ice

1. Blend banana, spinach, avocado, water, Greek yogurt, raspberries, and nut milk until smoothie reaches the desired consistency. Add ice if needed. 

 

Tip: Pour smoothie into freezer bags and thaw as needed for an on-the-go healthy breakfast.
