1 inch of ginger, peeled and sliced Filtered or spring water Juice of half a lemon Cayenne pepper Powdered or liquid stevia
Steep the ginger in a small pot with about 1 1/2 cups of water for a few moments. Pour into a mug. Allow to cool for a few moments, then add the lemon, cayenne pepper, and stevia, making as sweet as desired.
