Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup ground polenta
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to t`aste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated

Directions

1. Bring the water to a boil and season with salt. Pour in the polenta and stir until creamy and the polenta grains are soft.

 

2. If the polenta becomes too thick add a little more water. The polenta should be loose enough to pour.

 

3. Season with a little more salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and then serve with your favorite braised meat dish, like chicken meatball bourguignon
