Double "T" Shake

Tahini and sun-dried tomatoes are the power ingredients in this recipe, giving you vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and protein. Avocado adds vitamin E and antioxidants, and chia seeds are high in omega-3s. This smoothie is at the peak of protein and nutrients, even without the protein powder.    

1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops protein powder (optional)

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
