2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup grilled chicken breast, cut into strips
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 avocado, peeled, pit removed and diced
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 apple, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch black pepper

In a large bowl, mix lettuce, grilled chicken breast, chopped tomatoes, avocado, almonds and apple slices. Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper to taste.
