Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate keto protein powder (or collagen protein + 1 tbsp MCT oil) or chocolate bone broth protein
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
