- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate keto protein powder (or collagen protein + 1 tbsp MCT oil) or chocolate bone broth protein
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
