- 8 oz boiling water
- 1 astragalus tea bag or 1 tsp astragalus powder
- 10 drops tamari or soy sauce
Pour boiling water over astragalus and steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Add a few drops of tamari or soy sauce. Drink one cup, as desired.
