If you need help getting in your daily dose of nutrients, try adding them into a breakfast smoothie. Enjoy this drink alongside your regular breakfast or even as a substitute for your morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender with some water and blend. 

 

2. Add more water until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
