Dr. Oz’s "Brain" Cubes

These frozen smoothie cubes are full of omega-3s and acetylcholine, both critical for brain health. This recipe is incredibly simple to make and take on the go. 

1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1 handful hemp nuts
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tsp flaxseed oil

Combine all ingredients and blend. Pour into ice cube container and freeze overnight. Put 4 ice cubes in a travel coffee mug in the morning and let them melt on the way to work.
