4 slices sprouted grain bread, lightly toasted
4 oz cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
4 small tomatoes, cut into rounds

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Place bread on baking sheet.

Top bread with cheddar or mozzarella and tomato slices.

Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
