This recipe is a great way to curb a craving while you sneak in some fiber and prebiotics into your diet, too.
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
1. Cut the apple into flat slices and spread out on a serving plate.
2. Top each slice evenly with almond butter.
3. Top the apple slices alternating between the walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds for three varieties.
