- 2 cups almond milk or coconut-almond milk
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2-2 scoops protein powder
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
1. Add all the ingredients in the order given to the blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a cooler smoothie.
