- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1. Preheat a pancake griddle. Mash the banana with a fork until it's as smooth as possible.
2. Stir in the eggs until well combined. Ladle out spoonfuls onto a pancake griddle and cook, flipping halfway through.
