  • 1 bunch ripe bananas


Peel and cut bananas into 1-inch chunks.

Place pieces on a cookie sheet and freeze for an hour and half.

Blend bananas in a food processor until creamy and serve.

Optional: Add a tablespoon of peanut butter for flavor.
