This teatox recipe is perfect to drink after you've had a big meal because it helps eliminate chances of indigestion and help prevent bloating. Use maple syrup instead of honey to sweeten for less gas and bloating.
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seeds
- 1 tsp fresh ginger diced and crushed (or a ginger tea bag)
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
1. Boil water, fennel seeds, and ginger together. Let steep for 3-5 minutes for water to absorb the flavor.
2. Strain tea, put in a mug, and add maple syrup.
