- 1 large frozen banana, peeled
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp flax seed, preferably ground
1. Place banana, skim milk, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour in a water bottle or thermos to bring on the go. Top with additional flax seed and cinnamon, if desired.
