Golden Power Protein Shake

Cashew butter and cannellini beans give this shake its protein power. Plus, turmeric has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. Wake up your system with this smoothie for breakfast. 

1/3 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp cashew butter
1/2 cup ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
