I love the sweet milky taste of cashew butter – I could eat a whole container with a spoon! To help satisfy my cravings, I make this shake which has the bonus of a kick-in-the-butt energy boost. It's perfect for mornings or when afternoon doldrums have you lagging.
Makes 1 serving
- 8 oz milk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 banana
- 1/2 peach
- 1 tbsp milled chia seeds
- 1 tbsp acacia powder (optional)
Purée all ingredients in a blender or immersion blender. Serve and enjoy!
