Grapefruit, Avocado, and Veggie Skewers

  • 1 grapefruit, cut into chunks
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1 jicama, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tomato, cut into chunks


1. Take a skewer and add one piece of each ingredient. 


2. Continue making skewers until all ingredients are gone.
