1 medium head radicchio cut into 6 wedges lengthwise 2 heads endive, quartered, lengthwise 2 tsp honey 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 pinch sea salt 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp raisins
Heat and oil the grill or grill pan and cook the radicchio and endive, turning over to grill on all sides until nicely charred.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix the honey, vinegar, salt and olive oil. Add the grilled radicchio, endive and raisins. Adjust the seasoning before serving.
