Guilt-Free Banana Split

If you love ice cream but don't love what eating it does to your waistline, this recipe is for you! Cottage cheese is low in calories and high in protein making it the perfect after dinner treat when you're craving something sweet.

  • 1 banana, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts


1. Place sliced banana in bowl. Add scoops of cottage cheese in the middle. 


2. Top with berries and garnish with flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts.
