The vinegar will bring out the meatiness and the drop of honey will give it a touch of sweetness.
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard powder
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1. Put the mustard, balsamic vinegar, and a drop of honey into an oven-proof pot. Mix well.
2. Cook the sauce in the oven for 3 hours at 290°
