Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp nuts or seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup leftover canned pumpkin (if you don't have any, use the rest of other half of the banana)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
