Nutritionist Chelsey Amer recommends skipping store-bought marinara sauce in favor of this protein-packed recipe full of beans, sundried tomatoes, and other fresh ingredients.
- 1 15 oz can white beans, drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil-marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor and spread on top of your pizza.
