The Balance Bowl earns its name in a single spoonful. This Asian-inspired recipe calls for adzuki beans, mushrooms, and snow peas topped with a Tahini-Miso Dressing.   • 1 cup cooked grain
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup adzuki beans (or lima, kidney, chickpea, fava)
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup brown rice miso paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup)


1. Combine your grain of choice, mushrooms, beans, snow peas, and broccoli into a bowl.


2. Top off with Baldwin's Tahini-Miso Dressing. To make the dressing, add tahini, miso paste, water, garlic, lemon peel, and lemon into a blender and blend until smooth. 


3. Enjoy!


**Note: The dressing makes more than one serving. Add two tablespoons to your bowl and save the rest in the refrigerator.
