1 cup soy or almond milk
2 tbsp walnuts
1/2 banana
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp honey

1. Add ingredients to blender. Nutmeg and honey are optional, add to taste.
