Hungry Girl's Mega Fruit 'N Yogurt Bowl

With a superstar amount of fiber and protein along with a whole lot of deliciousness, you'll be ready to take on the day come what may!

2/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 no-calorie sweetener packet
1/8 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
1 chopped medium apple
1/4 cup bran cereal
1/2 oz almonds or pistachios

In a medium bowl, mix sweetener (optional) and cinnamon into yogurt. Top with fruit, cereal and nuts!
