Immune-Boosting Ginger Hydrator


This ginger smoothie will hydrate you in all the right ways. The pineapple soothes your digestion and the coconut water is a great way to get some electrolytes in your system. 


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • 1/4 frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup coconut water


1. Combine the ingredients together, blend, and enjoy!
