For the burgers, combine the beef, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.Form into four 3/4-inch thick patties.Heat a grill pan over medium high heat and add the burgers. Cook to desired level of doneness.
To serve, top each burger with a leaf of lettuce, a tomato slice and a tablespoon of tapenade.
