If you feel like a zombie all day long, JJ Smith's chia energy booster drink will give you your energy back. The combination of fiber and protein will keep you fuller longer and the coconut water will help you stay hydrated. Make it in a pitcher so you can sip on it all day long. 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut water

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients together in a suitable container (large cup or sports bottle) and let cool in the fridge for minimum 2-3 hours.
