JJ Smith's Greek Yogurt Dip

While hummus is a good go-to snack, chickpeas have L-tryptophan which is an amino acid that can make you sleepy. Boost yourself up mid-day with nutritionist JJ Smith's creamy dip filled with Greek yogurt and nut butter — packed with protein so you're less likely to crash.

  • 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Whisk ingredients well in a large bowl. Refrigerate.

2. Serve with sliced apples and carrots.

**Note: Calorie count is only for the dip and does not include the apples or carrots.
