- 2 tsp olive oil
- sprinkle of salt
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
- 2 medium jicama
1) Dredge jicama with chili powder mixture.
2) Spread evenly in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
3) Roast until edges are browned and crisp, about 20-25 minutes.
