- 8 cups cold filtered water (64 oz.)
- 1 whole medium cucumber with peel, cut into thin slices
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly chopped (or 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder if you’re feeling feisty)
- 1-3 bags of green tea (depending on desired strength)
1. Combine ingredients in a pitcher.
2. Leave to infuse in your fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
