- 1 slice whole-grain bread
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 1 poached, hard-boiled, or scrambled egg
- dash of pepper
1. Toast slice of bread and top with mashed avocado and egg.
2. Sprinkle with a bit of pepper and any other herbs of choice. Serve with one orange or half a grapefruit.
