  • 5 oz grilled, roasted, or baked fish
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 baked sweet potato


1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line an 8-inch x 11-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.


2. Place fish in pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and any additional desired seasonings on both sides.


3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish is no longer translucent in the center and flakes when pressed with a fork. Serve with steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato.
