1/2 cantaloupe
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, or pistachios
2 cups non-starchy vegetables

1. Top cantaloupe with 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, or pistachios.

 

2. Add 2 cups non-starchy vegetables on the side. You can try cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper sticks, or any other vegetables you enjoy.
