Kiwi and Mango Yogurt

2 oz brown sugar
2 medium ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz fresh yogurt
8 fresh strawberries, sliced
6 medium ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

Add brown sugar to a non-stick skillet, over medium heat.

When the sugar is slightly crystallized, add the mango.

Stir and make sure mango is evenly coated.

Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Turn heat off.

Spoon yogurt in the center of a medium-size bowl.

Arrange the kiwi around the yogurt, spoon the mango and strawberries in the center of bowl and enjoy!
