If you are always craving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but are tired of the sugar bomb fruit spreads, you're in luck. This healthy strawberry jam recipe is easy to make and free of the preservatives and additives you simply don't need. Add this jam to toast, oatmeal, or simply enjoy it on its own!


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup water


1. Purée strawberries in an immersion blender until they are smooth and blended.


2. Add water if the consistency is too thick. 


3. Keep blending until you reach your desired consistency and enjoy!
