1/4 cup raw almonds 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces 1 banana 3 pitted dates 1/8 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup currants 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Grind almonds in a high-powered blender and then add mangoes, banana, dates, coconut and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy. Place in a bowl, stir in currants and sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill for at least two hours before serving. Makes 3 servings.
