2 cups raw almonds Pinch stevia or 2 tbsp sweetener of choice 1 tsp salt 8 drops of maple extract Pinch cinnamon, optional 6 tbsp melted virgin coconut oil (optional for a smooth texture and buttery taste)
1. Preheat the oven to 330 degrees F and roast the almonds on a baking sheet for 14 minutes or until toasted.
2. Combine all ingredients in a high-quality food processor and process on high for approximately 15 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.The longer you blend, the smoother it will be.
3. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered jar for up to 1 month.
