Mark Bittman's Thai Peanut Kicker

This two minute recipe is an easy way to make homemade peanut sauce. By combining just a few ingredients that you can find in your fridge, you can create a Thai peanut sauce that is healthier and cheaper than ones found in a grocery store. This sauce is prefect for grilling, marinating, and for everyday use.

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.


2. Lightly whisk until they are blended into a sauce.
