Let them sip Champagne! And do it any way they like. A mimosa bar is a brunch no-brainer. A few bottles of bubbly, assorted juices and fresh-fruit garnishes, and your guests are in biz. Here is a list of mimosa-ready mix-ins. You can do all or just a couple of your favorites.

  • 4 bottles of Champagne or prosecco
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 2 cups blood-orange juice
  • 2 cups blackberry juice
  • 2 cups raspberry juice
  • 2 cups pear juice
  • 2 cups mango-pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple

Tip: Take a few flower petals from whatever flowers you choose to decorate with and freeze them with water in ice-cube trays. Use the floral ice in the Champagne bucket on the mimosa bar as a pretty flourish.
